Falsa Moral...

I look through the eyes of a child, and i haven't been blinded by hatred in the world. When you are a child you don't care what race your friends are, You only care if they are going to share their last two cookies with you. All children see is a friend and someone like themselves. The only thing parents let them see is joy, happiness, and peaceful days.

I look through the eyes of a teenager today, and see discrimination in many ways ans forms. I see racism and vilence still going on in the world, even when people are still being left out because of their race, color, and other differences like being the "wrong" sex or wearing the "wrong clothes".

I look through the eyes of an adult and see even more hatred in the world. People seen to pick out differences in others. They seen to have less patience than a child or teenager, expressly when it comes to working in very hard conditions. Adults can just be plain rude and careless to others and don't want anything to do woth other people.

The fact is, It's not always out fault as we grow up that this change in perspective happens. We pick up these habits through TV, movies, and even some books. As we digest these things, we pick up traits and think that just because our favorite actor or actress has certain viewpoints, it's ok for us, too.

Through we may pick up on these traits, we can try to determine the best course of action for our lives. We can no longer react with the innocence of a child. However, we can cut back on the amount of hostility and discrimination that we experience in our everyday reactions.
